Child Safety Standards and Protection Policy

Effective Date: October 23, 2026 Last Updated: October 23, 2026

  1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

HIHI is operated by AURORACODE PTE. LTD. (“HIHI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We are committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for our users. We do not tolerate the use of HIHI to exploit, abuse, endanger, or sexually harm children.

This Child Safety Standards Policy establishes our standards for preventing, identifying, reporting, and addressing child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

This policy applies to all users, user-generated content, and activities associated with HIHI, regardless of where users are located.

  1. Age Restrictions

HIHI is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older.

  • Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use HIHI.

  • Users must provide truthful information about their age and must not misrepresent their age to access the service.

  • We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when we have reason to believe that a user is under 18.

  • If we become aware that an individual under 18 has accessed HIHI or provided personal information through the service, we will take appropriate steps to restrict access, review the situation, and delete associated personal information where required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly permit children to participate in the HIHI community.

  1. Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

HIHI strictly prohibits any content, conduct, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating, uploading, publishing, distributing, requesting, or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

  • Sexualizing children or depicting minors in sexually explicit or exploitative situations.

  • Grooming, soliciting, coercing, manipulating, or attempting to sexually exploit a child.

  • Using threats, blackmail, coercion, or sextortion to exploit a child sexually.

  • Promoting, facilitating, arranging, or participating in the sexual exploitation or trafficking of children.

  • Offering, requesting, purchasing, selling, or facilitating access to children for sexual purposes.

  • Sharing links, instructions, or other material intended to facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.

  • Attempting to evade age restrictions or safety measures to facilitate prohibited conduct involving children.

  • Encouraging, promoting, or assisting any of the activities described above.

These prohibitions apply to all forms of content, including text, images, videos, links, and other material, whether created by users or generated using digital tools.

Consent, claimed intent, fictional framing, or an assertion that material is privately shared does not make prohibited child sexual abuse or exploitation acceptable.

  1. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users are encouraged to report suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, CSAM, or other child safety concerns as soon as possible.

4.1 In-App Reporting

Users may use the reporting or feedback mechanism available within HIHI to report content or conduct that violates this policy.

When submitting a report, users should provide relevant information, such as the account or content involved and a description of the concern, where available.

Users should not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM to substantiate a report.

4.2 Direct Child Safety Reports

Child safety concerns may also be reported by contacting:

Email: hihi-server@aurcod.com Subject: Child Safety Report — HIHI

Reports may be submitted by users, parents, legal guardians, or other individuals who reasonably believe that a child may be at risk.

Please include enough information to help us identify the relevant account, content, or incident without unnecessarily sharing sensitive personal information.

4.3 Urgent Safety Concerns

If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services or child protection authorities.

Reporting a concern to HIHI does not replace contacting law enforcement or emergency services when immediate intervention is necessary.

  1. Review, Removal, and Enforcement

We take reports of child sexual abuse and exploitation seriously and will review them in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent threats to child safety.

When we identify content or conduct that violates this policy, we may take appropriate action, including:

  • Removing or restricting access to prohibited content.

  • Suspending or permanently terminating accounts involved in violations.

  • Restricting users from publishing or accessing community content.

  • Preserving relevant information where appropriate and lawful for investigations or legal compliance.

  • Reporting suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to the appropriate authorities or relevant organizations when required by applicable law.

  • Cooperating with lawful investigations and requests from competent authorities.

Where we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on our service, we will take appropriate action to remove or disable access to the material and address the associated account or activity in accordance with applicable law.

We may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect children, preserve evidence, or comply with legal obligations.

  1. Prevention and Safety Measures

HIHI is committed to maintaining safeguards designed to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Our safety practices may include:

  • Enforcing our minimum age requirement.

  • Providing mechanisms for users to report inappropriate content or conduct.

  • Reviewing reports and investigating suspected violations.

  • Removing prohibited content and restricting accounts that violate our standards.

  • Establishing procedures for handling child safety incidents and escalating urgent cases.

  • Reviewing and improving our safety standards as our service and applicable legal requirements evolve.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that personnel responsible for handling child safety reports understand the importance of confidentiality, appropriate escalation, and timely action.

  1. Compliance with Applicable Laws

HIHI complies with applicable child safety and child protection laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.

Where required by applicable law, we will report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to the appropriate authorities, cooperate with lawful investigations, and take other necessary steps to protect children.

We will handle personal information and records associated with child safety reports in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits our ability to take protective action that is otherwise permitted or required by law.
