Hihi Purchase Agreement

This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User”, “you”) and AURORACODE PTE. LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and governs your purchase and use of digital products and services within the mobile application Hihi (the “App”).

By downloading, accessing, or making any purchase within the App, you agree to this Agreement.


1. Definitions

  • “App” means the Hihi mobile application.

  • “Consumable” means digital items (such as credits, tokens, or usage-based units) that are depleted upon use.

  • “In-App Purchase” means any purchase made within the App.

  • “Content” means digital services or features accessible through the App.


2. Nature of Purchases

The App primarily offers consumable in-app purchases, which:

  • Are used within the App and depleted after use

  • Cannot be restored once consumed

  • Are tied to your account at the time of purchase

The App may also offer subscriptions or other purchase types where explicitly stated.


3. Pricing and Payment

All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through your Apple ID.

  • Prices may vary by region and include applicable taxes

  • Payment is charged immediately upon confirmation

  • We do not store or access your payment details


4. Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription within the App:

4.1 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4.2 Billing

  • Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • The renewal will be charged at the same price unless otherwise disclosed.

4.3 Subscription Management

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you in accordance with applicable laws and Apple’s policies.

4.5 Service Access

Subscription benefits are available only during the active subscription period.

Once a subscription expires or is canceled, access to subscription features may be restricted or terminated.

4.6 Account Responsibility

Subscriptions are linked to your Apple ID and cannot be transferred between accounts.


5. Consumable In-App Purchases

The App offers consumable digital items such as credits, tokens, or usage-based units (“Consumables”).

5.1 Nature of Consumables

  • Consumables are used within the App and depleted upon use

  • They are not permanent and not restorable once consumed

  • They are tied to your account at the time of purchase

5.2 No Real-World Value

Consumables:

  • Have no cash value

  • Are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable

  • Cannot be exchanged for money or any other goods or services outside the App

5.3 No Ownership Rights

You acknowledge that Consumables:

  • Do not constitute personal property

  • Do not create any ownership rights

  • Represent only a limited right to use within the App

5.4 Loss and Expiration

We are not responsible for loss of Consumables due to:

  • Account deletion

  • Unauthorized access

  • Device issues or user actions

We reserve the right to introduce expiration policies or usage limits where applicable.

5.5 Service Dependency

Consumables may depend on the continued operation of the App.

If the App or specific features are discontinued, unused Consumables may not be redeemable.


6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

  • Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends

  • Any unused trial period may be forfeited upon purchase


7. Cancellation and Refunds

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple.

We do not provide refunds directly.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Apple Billing Authority

All purchases are processed by Apple Inc..

We do not process payments or store billing information.

8.2 Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

We do not have the ability to:

  • Issue refunds

  • Reverse transactions

  • Modify billing

8.3 Apple Refund Process

You may request a refund through Apple Support: https://support.apple.com/

Refund decisions are made solely by Apple in accordance with their policies.

8.4 Non-Refundable Items

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Consumables are non-refundable once delivered or used

  • Partially used items are not eligible for refunds

  • Subscription fees already billed are generally non-refundable

8.5 Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact Apple directly.

We are not responsible for billing errors caused by Apple’s payment system.


9. Virtual Goods Disclaimer

All consumables and digital goods:

  • Exist only within the App

  • Are not legal tender or currency

  • Cannot be exchanged for money or other goods outside the App

  • Do not constitute ownership of any real-world asset


10. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App and Content belong to AURORACODE PTE. LTD..


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid


13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement.


14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated terms.


15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
